Where þat leede lengede / neyþir lesse ne more.
Tyl it fel on a Fryday / with tweye Freris y mette.
&T weryn Maystrys of þe Menourys / & men weel y-lernede.T
I prayede hem pur charite / er y passede furthere.
If þey knewe in ony cowrtT / or in coostys þereT þey wentyn.
Where þat Dowel dwellyþ / y praye ȝow ȝee me wisse.T

& euere haþ as y hope / & euere shal here-after.
